We were up north on vacation and hit a deer. We didnt know where to go but asked around and everyone recommended Gaylord Collision. what a great choice! They turned an unfortunate situation into a customer satisfaction clinic! It's great to know there are still companies out there that have this kind of quality, class, and service.......thank you guys!

I was in Gaylord at a conference for the week when someone ran into my Jeep Liberty in the Glen's parking lot. The entire left side of my vehicle was damaged and I was in a panic because I need to leave on Friday and my husband doesn't take news like that well:( Gaylord Collision came highly recommended by local people so I stopped in and from the minute I got there I knew things were going to be just fine. Not only did they get my Jeep in the next morning, they got it done by Friday and it looked like new! I went home and by the next month my husband still hadn't noticed a thing. I finally told him and he was equally impressed with the quality work (and wasn't mad at that point either). The customer service, classy atmosphere, and wonderful work made me feel like I was a local and that they would be seeing me in town the next day. Thanks you crew at Gaylord guys are AWESOME!!!

Well...not that I wanted to, but I have had my vehicle into Gaylord Collision a few times this year. Each time the staff treated me terrific and really worked to accomodate my schedule. The work always looks great, and that's why I will continue to bring my work and tell all my friend to go to Gaylord Collision. Keep it up!!!!!

We had one of out semi's hit a deer and these guys fixed us up better then before! We were back on the road quickly, they took care of the paper work, and the truck looked great! If you live in this area or are traveling though like me....Gaylord Collision is the place to get the job done

Thank you for the great job Gaylord Collision did making my rusty 2003 Chevy Impala look like new again with Line-X. We have Line-X in the box of our 2003 pick-up and it has held up well. So, since my car is black anyway, when the rust started around the wheel wells and along the bottom of the doors...I thought Line-X might be better than new paint as I am trying to make this car last as long as possible. I talked with Smitty about this idea, and he agreed. I really appreciate the careful work the guys did to "blend" the Line-X areas into the styling of the car. I wish I had thought about doing this sooner!

You guys definitely have the best collision repair center in Northern Michigan! This isn't just apparent by the level of excellence attained in your body shop, but also in the neatness and quality of your entire facilities! It is the complete opposite of what I picture a body shop looking like. I know what is truly important is the quality of repairs (which you guys obviously have down), but it's nice to visit a clean and friendly environment when you're going through an ordeal such as having a wrecked car fixed. Keep up the excellent work!

I always appreciate the attention to detail you all put in your work. I got my truck back last week after have the bedside repaired. I was a bit concerned since the truck was new and this was the first time it had been dented. The team did a quality job and done it was done in good time. Thanks for the great job!
